Im ready to move on to the next level and it all starts with the mentality that we must fuel our bodies with the right type of things. So rather than eat a bunch of Chips and candy. Ive chosen a healthy burrito Bowl. It has Kale ,lettuce ,tomato,beans, pulled beef and a touch of cheese!
